How it works
I
Send the requirement: location, dates and headcount. A short email is enough to begin.
II
Options come back, usually the same day, with the cost and the cancellation terms against each one.
III
When the schedule moves, I rebook. Amendments are made at no additional cost.
Once an account is set up, each booking is submitted on a short form, so names, dates and any access or dietary requirements are recorded in one place. One form per booking, however many people are travelling. The form is open to anyone who would prefer to start there.
What it costs
No charge for my time
Hotels and travel suppliers pay commission to agents out of the rate they already charge. You pay the same price you would have paid booking direct. The difference is that the work is done for you, and there is someone to call when a flight moves.
How payment works. You pay the supplier, not me. In most cases a payment link is issued by the hotel or operator and settled with them directly. Where a supplier accepts payment only by telephone, the card details are entered into that supplier's own system at the time and are not retained. No money for a booking passes through my company at any point.

ATOL protection applies to flight-inclusive arrangements; it does not extend to accommodation-only or other non-flight bookings.
- Data protection
- Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration reference ZC118212. Traveller details are collected on a secure booking form and limited to what a supplier requires to hold the booking. Passport numbers are not collected on that form; where an airline requires them they are requested separately at the point of booking. Full detail is set out in the privacy notice.
